Convenient location. Third floor. The room has everything you need, including everything for cooking, except salt, oil, etc. To have hot water, you need to turn on the water heater, it is in the pantry, where the washing machine is.
It was quite quiet, but all the sounds behind the door were audible, as the insulation was poor. But apparently there were no neighbors. The stove heats up very slowly, you can fry on it, but for a long time)
