The place itself is magnificent and a great location. However, didn't have a hot tub as advertised and I may not have booked as was weighing up 3 different options
The management company. Inundated with auto messages, told me not pet friendly which wasn't true, didn't provide garage remote as advertised, link to house manual didn't work, said they'd get back to me and didn't when I queried how to use oven and the missing remote, didn't answer why a credit card was required for a private residence when booking.com already has my details, kept the hot tub on the listing despite it not being there

Great location. Amazingly comfortable beds. Everything you could need. We had cheese platters for dinner and they had everything to set it up nicely.
Spa was not working. But I had been called to advise that a technician would be coming to look. However, as we were going to Alba, it didn’t matter anyway. These things happen.
