Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. Only other thing was there was no hair dryer, so be sure to take your own. We didn’t HAVE to have one so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We felt safe because you had to have a key card to get in the front door or be buzzed in. They breakfast was good too. The staff that prepared the breakfast food was very friendly and helpful. If we visit Cincinnati again, we will stay here again.

We had an amazing night here. We were in town for a concert nearby. The hotel was very close to everything and super convenient. We had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable.
