Access to the beach was nice and within walking distance. Beach chairs available. Fire ring and chairs surrounded. Room was clean. Close to the strip with places to eat and things to do.

The staff was informative and polite. Loved the beach view, and the room was very clean. We had free parking which was a plus. Also there was a free shuttle to the ferry, this saved us money and very convenient.
However, they did not provide a coffee pot or microwave in our room. This was NOT CONVENIENT and DISAPPOINTING.

I discovered that Lori was a truly great host when I phoned, immediately after I made my booking, and she picked up. I had booked the wrong night! She fixed my mistake instantly and eagerly. (The Hotels.com site would not allow this.) Very grateful to her for being so accommodating and flexible. The place is nicely situated on the lakeshore with views of the distant islands and the Mackinac Bridge. Would definitely stay again.
