I love Gulf Dunes, I have stayed many times. I like the convenience of the location to other amenities.
I don’t like that it was that it was the first floor although that’s what I booked, I didn’t consider the noise of the pool and the close proximity of the pool guest to my balcony. The air conditioner didn’t seem to be working too well in the master, it was very hot at night.

EVERYTHING. Loved the condo; it was very clean and we had no issues whatsoever. Excellent location.
