Clean and appeared well-maintained. Mini fridge larger than most. Complimentary water bottles in room. Complimentary Keurig coffee cups, creamer in room. Complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower. Room very clean. Bed was super comfy! Smelled nice n clean!
Location a bit noisy.with road traffic. Place is under construction/remodeling. Will be exceptional when complete! Updates are nice!
Only suggestion would be more lighting in room. Only one lamp.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The location is great. The building has been in business for over 50 years and I am happy that it is still going strong.
The bedroom area has no lighting. No overhead and only 1 tiny, very dim lamp

The desk manager was extremely helpful. She explained all the amenities upon arrival and even suggested an excellent restaurant. Our room was on the second floor and she immediately offered to help with our luggage when she explained there's no elevator.
This place is in the middle of a major overhaul. When we first pulled in from Beltline, the side visible from the road was obviously not in use--that threw us a bit, but then we circled to the front of the hotel and the lobby area was neat and obviously new.

Staff was very pleasant. Hotel appeared as if it were undergoing renovation.
The breakfast was nothing but continental style with help yourself (very limited) packaged food or drink. No hot food - minimal by traveling hotel standards. More like unhealthy snack food and candy bars.
