We were glad that this was so close to the reason we traveled to Houston! And that it was in a neighborhood that was very quiet!
It did take quite a while for hot water to come to bathroom sink and shower.

The host was most accommodating and friendly. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house as well.
We did have an issue with the shower in that I couldn't get hot water fast enough before the shower pan filled with water.
