Location, easy to center town access, easy checkin access . Clean and all facilities on board including kitchen cooking accessories (air fryer etc). Independent functional rooms. Nice interior design, great lightning. Full care and indications, fast prompt answer, no matter the hour, nor week day.
Exceeded my expectations, so no dislike comments.

Schoon, locatie & modern (airco was fijn). Vriendelijke hoet die goed bereikbaar was via whatsapp en navraag deed.
Er was wel wat lawaai van voorbijkomend verkeer.

The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and well equipped as were the bathrooms; the property was really clean and was a short stroll to the centre of Pisa. The Host was very helpful and attentive and she kindly left some water and fruit for us as we arrived very late. We also unfortunately had to cancel a nights stay due to a family bereavement and the Host was so kind and attentive and provided a partial refund to us for this late and unavoidable change which was really appreciated.
