First time to Old San Juan, and the location was ideal.

really clean , everything worked well and smooth check in process

Needed to spend one night for two couples. Rented two units. Check in process required pre-trip instructions to be completed due to no onsite check in process. Upon arrival, one unit lock box code was not working. Phone number not provided in check in process or instructions - I had to google the phone number for Bear and leave my number for them to call. They did call within the hour and gave a new code to check in. AC didn’t work great and room was missing a remote for the AC. Okay stay for one night. Location is prime for Old San Juan and safe!

We had a long blackout during our stay and the generator did not work but they arranged for us to have access to another place close by, it was super appreciated! Well located, in the middle of the old town, lots of restaurants around, it was a nice stay.
