Osiedle willowe, bezpieczne. Przestronne pokoje, łatwe zameldowanie, resposnywny gospodarz. Dużo sztućców, naczyń, grill. Ogromna lodówka i zamrażarka. Bliskość plaży, sklepów, parking wystarczy dla dwóch samochodów.
Ogródek przy domu zaniedbany - brudne leżaki, brudny basen, nie do końca posprzątane śmieci (rozbita szklanka, kocie odchody). Cieknąca woda z węża ogrodowego. W kuchni ekspres do kawy, z którego cieknie woda. Woda nie spływa z prysznica i zalewa łazienkę. Z kranu w kuchni również woda leci bokiem. Telewizor dość stary, dekoder bardzo ciężki w obsłudze.
