It was close to Akihabara and there were shops nearby. It was affordable for our family and we had what we needed. It was clean and the hosts were communicative.
You need the aircon on to help with airflow and we opened the window in the main bedroom a few inches (it wouldn't open more) to help with airflow. It is small but was okay for 2 adults and 2 kids but good to be aware space-wise for families.
