Great location
Helpful staff at checkin
Clean modern decor
There isn’t a 24/7 reception so when we had a problem with the room key at night we had to call a central number and they took quite a few calls to answer. We thought we were stuck!

Great location in the old town, 5 mins from the beach, walking distance to Cathedral etc. Restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Room clean, quiet with comfortable bed.
There was no one on reception which , in my opinion, made the hotel a bit souless. While The cleaning staff were very helpful they are not there full time. I had a problem with the self check in machine ,there was someone available on the phone to sort it out.

The location was great and the hotel and room were very clean. The 3 regular members of staff were very friendly and worked very hard .
There was no reception, we had to check in with a machine. We were disappointed that with no reception there wasn’t any body to ask for information or help. The 3 members of staff who cleaned the hotel and made the breakfast were very nice but couldn’t spoke very well little English . On an evening there wasn’t any staff at all which didn’t feel right.

l établissement est agréable, propre, élégant et bien situé.
Lorsque l on arrive fatigués, nous nous trouvons devant une porte close et un numéro de téléphone à composer. Pour apprendre que le parking est à 10 minutes de marche (en pleine chaleur avec les sacs). Ensuite, il faut appeler à nouveau et rentrer pour moi même et mon conjoint, toutes nos données personnelles sur une box de réservation. Prévoir encore 15 minutes !
