The apartment is in a quiet residential street circa 10 minutes safe walking to the centre of Elche. It has a tall locked gated entrance to a small inset 'terraced area' with seats/table and room to leave washing drying on the supplied laundry rack. The gate/fence design allows for privacy from any passers by, but the street was never busy during our stay and it does still get the sun at a point in the afternoon. The apartment is accessed via locked sliding patio doors from this terraced area. It is a spacious, well furnished and clean apartment with a large bedroom with a comfortable large double bed, and a large double bed located in a low ceilinged area above this bedroom accessed by a ladder in the kitchen area of the studio (we did not need/use that elevated sleeping space, therefore I will not assess/comment further on this aspect, see many other reviews for more info). The kitchen is well appointed with crockery etc and appliances. All was in good order and clean during our stay. The apartment is well served by nearby supermarkets. Communications were quick and clear. Courtesy milk and wine was appreciated. I really liked and enjoyed the low key, laid back and less touristic vibe and feel of Elche!

Comodidad, apartamento de calidad, muchos detalles para que la estancia sea lo más agradable y placentera posible, zona tranquila a un paseo del centro, se aparca bien, gran atención por parte del propietario. Muy recomendable

Nada. La cama del altillo es de difícil acceso, pero no tuvimos que utilizarla y además hay un sofá cama muy chulo

Pas d'internet pendant les deux jours que nous sommes restés. Pas de stationnement disponible. La chambre du deuxième a un plafond à plus ou moins 1,2 m. Ces deux derniers points auraient dû être mentionnés dans la description.
