Really lovely artistic decor felt very comfortable and homely.
Older people might struggle with the stairs but hosts very helpful carrying up luggage.

A lovely, friendly, quirky accommodation space.
Located on Wooler High Street it was a great stop over as I walked the St Cuthbert's Way. A warm welcome and absolutely delicious bacon sandwiches for breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!
Maked as 4 on cleanliness as so quirky (and current staff shortage) the dining area was clean but not spotless. But this would not stop me from returning.

Welcoming, comfortable, good breakfast. Cake was offered on arrival ! Excellent shower in our room.

Host was very friendly and the location was good on the main street, the use of the living/breakfast area to relax with coffee and cake was a bonus.
The stairwell could do with decorating and cleaning more regularly. The room could have been cleaner.

"Très belle auberge! Accueil cordial de Michael et excellent petit-déjeuner. Notre chambre était parfaite et la salle de bain était spacieuse. La sitting room est absolument charmante."
