The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning was quiet and worked really well. The kitchen was well equipped.

We found gaining access with the key box was difficult. Photos of the box and clearer instructions would be helpful, it was also hard to turn the knob on the box. The entrance hall is not very inviting but once in the apartment it was fine. The bathroom is very compact but modern and clean.

Good sized apartment and good value for money. Kitchen was handy and apartment mostly well thought out. Washing machine/dryer was a bug plus. Enjoyed our stay.

Very noisy kids in the park playing and screaming until at least midnight to 1am every single night. The apartment was not sound proof at all. Really squeaky floorboards that you can’t avoid. Would wake your partner up every time you need to go to the toilet.

Central location. Walking distance to all major attractions. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, traditional markets. All amenities included, the host was responding very quick to all questions.

The apartment is situated next to a park and it may be loud in the evening. However, this didn’t stop us having a good sleep.

El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, incluyendo un lavarropas automático, aún cuando es bastante más pequeño de lo que aparenta en las fotos publicitarias. Todo funciona perfectamente y es de excelente calidad. Alma respondió rápidamente a cada consulta. La ubicación es muy buena, se encuentra a unos 600 m de la Puerta del Sol y unos 800 de la zona de los Museos, paseo de la castellana, parque del retiro, etc. y existen dos estaciones de metro relativamente cerca (300m)

Lo menos favorable de este departamento se basa en evaluaciones objetivas, como una relación precio/producto algo elevada, y el ruido proveniente de un parque público, pegado al inmueble. Principalmente a la tarde-noche (y hasta más de la 1am algunas veces), jóvenes juegan al fútbol, hay gritos y pelotazos que pegan en la ventana y son muy molestos. Aparentemente, por comentarios de inquilinos anteriores, este es un problema recurrente, aunque Alma se preocupa y ocupa del tema. Lo subjetivo de esta evaluación es el ambiente del barrio, principalmente a la noche, que da cierta sensación de inseguridad, aunque de día esto no se manifiesta. Esta observación subjetiva surge de comparar una estadía anterior nuestra muy cerca de la Plaza del Sol, donde nos sentimos mucho más a gusto con el barrio, aunque la calidad y equipamiento del departamento era muy inferior al de Alma.
