Lovely little house. We stayed with two adults, two little kiddies, and a small dog. The yard was great to give the dog somewhere to roam. The kids were delighted with their bedroom and they slept really well. Kitchen is well stocked with all the bits you need to cook a basic meal. The whole property was lovely and clean. Communication with the owners/managers was excellent. Thanks for having us!
Both beds are double beds which is absolutely reasonable but my husband is 6'5" so it's a tight fit for two grown ups in the bed! No fault of the property, just something we had to manage :)

Well equipped kitchen and generally a nice little property.
Only one sofa so not a lot of room if like us you have a party of four adults. Smaller room has a queen size bed which if you are large couple you might struggle.

The location was perfect as only 5 minutes from our friends. The key collection was easy as given the code on the arrival day. There was a free parking permit and we managed to park right outside each day. The cottage was clean with plenty of towels, the shower had great water pressure, there is a little garden which had a table & chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed as only had breakfast and drinks there.

Cosy like the name. Garden was great in the sun. Only thing that would’ve made it better was to have some fans for the bedrooms as night, as it was baking the weekend we were there. Would recommend.
The garden was great. The kitchen had all the facilities we needed and the sofa and beds were cosy.
