Overall, a very nice experience. There was plenty of street parking for all our cars. The hosts were very responsive and answered all our questions. There was an issue with booking and the listing changed, but the hosts were very accommodating and provided reasonable solutions to the problem. They were great. I LOVED this space, and we used every part of it. However, one of the queen rooms is also the entrance to the upstairs, which houses three rooms, the additional living room, the second kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. This wasn’t ideal, but we were able to figure it out. I LOVED this space. We would book again if we ever returned to Louisville

I would rate this 5 stars if the inaccuracy of the property listing hadn’t impacted us. The listing included 2 more beds than what there actually was. The host is super friendly, very responsive, and worked quickly to make things right for us. It’s a cute home, was clean and functional. Would recommend to others, assuming that the property description is corrected so that renters know how many beds they will have.

Pros: I stayed here with a group of friends, and if you are travelling with a larger group, this home will fit your needs as everyone will have their own bed/room, multiple bathrooms/toilets for all, and living spaces as well; there are two living spaces and two kitchens so plenty of room to spread out yet also come together and hang. The property manager was quick to respond, and that was definitely appreciated. One evening at 12am, the keypad lost power and would not turn on to take our code, so they replied to my text within minutes to help us get in through another door/code!Cons:On that note, since there are two entrance points to the building, it would have been nice to have received codes for both doors. Specifically, since you have to walk through one of the bedrooms downstairs to get access to the upstairs portion of the home, this second entrance would not require you to walk through that bedroom. The neighborhood itself is up and coming, but still has a mix of bad spots. The street the home is located on is littered with trash and people who live on the streets. If you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep, this is not going to suit your needs as it's next to the highway and train. With no soundproof walls or even double-pane windows, you will hear EVERYTHING that is going on outside. The walls actually shake when a large or loud vehicle passes by, and you can hear people's conversations on the street as if they were in the room with you.
