Looks very stylish, very good location.

Couple of wholes in the walls in the living room (now looking at it I can see on the photo next to the sofa that’s it’s digitally covered up). Same goes for the main bathroom, multiple wholes under the mirror next to the bath. Bath tub plug didn’t really work, no tap in the bathtub, only a shower head and the lighting was really dim. The smaller bedroom is behind an incredibly noisy fridge, the door doesn’t fully close.

Keep in mind there is no elevator so it had to hike up four suitcases

Excellent location - easy walk to old town and lots of bars, coffee shops, bakery’s etc Comfortable beds Nice kitchen and living room Clean Lovely high ceilings Didn’t use kitchen apart from coffee making but seemed to have all accessories needed to cook.

Bathrooms: Master bath had a bath/shower with 3 large steps to enter then step down into bath. Not very accessible. Shower head position made bathroom wet. 2nd bathroom the shower was over the toilet and flooded every time you used it. This also made it not accessible as would have been very easy to slip. No toiletries or towels were provided in 2nd bedroom or bathroom. My friend went to bed before I realized this so I had no towels or toilet paper or soap on night one.

Es mangelte an einer ausführlichen Erläuterung wie man, nachdem der Schlüssel aus der Schlüsselbein genommen wurde, ins Haus selbst mit dem Chip hinein kommt. Nachdem wir die Notfall Nummer anriefen, ging niemand ran und wir mussten uns im Haus durchfragen. Vermieterin antwortete erst nach Stunden. Die Türklinge der Wohnung von außen ist kaputt und man kann die Tür nicht richtig ran ziehen ohne sie jedes Mal in der Hand zu haben. Das Wifi musste von uns noch einmal reseted werden damit es überhaupt funktioniert. Eine Herdplatte funktionierte nicht und die Krönung war, dass die Schiebetür zum zweiten Schlafzimmer klemmte, erst nicht auf ging und dann nicht geschlossen werden konnte in der Angst nicht wieder raus zu kommen. Deshalb war ein schlafen kaum möglich, da der Kühlschrank ohrenbetäubend laut ist. Ohne Schlafmaske und Ohropx nicht möglich in dieser Unterkunft zu schlafen da es auch sonst sehr sehr hellhörig ist und jeden Schritt des Mieters oben drüber zu hören ist. Des Weiteren kann man nicht behaupten das eine Dusche vorhanden ist, es ist ein Vorhang über der Toiletten wo man sich damit arrangieren muss direkt mit der Toilette zu duschen. Das zweite Bad war dahingehend sehr abgewohnt und abgenutzt und lud nicht wirklich dazu ein die Badewanne zu benutzen. Alles in allem ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
