Nice location near a few eating places and a gas station. Seems to be in a safe area and only like a 12 minutes drive to Northwest Stadium. Very clean hotel and staff was nice. Breakfast was fine. Coffee 24/7 and hot. Also love the unlimited green apples.

You can tell it’s a new hotel. Nice scenery
We did not have hot water in our room. I told guess service staff and although he was nice nothing was rectified. My daughter and I were there for a cheer competition and my children had to take a cold shower and then go out into the cold. First they said it was the 4th & 5th floor then when I asked if I would be able to go to another room for hot water but they said it was the entire property. I was given snacks in replace of a non working water heater to this new Hilton. As a Hilton honors member, I can say this was a first!
