Great location very close to tube station and lots of shops nearby. Price was OK for London. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again if I needed a last-minute stay.
Toilet didn't flush properly, the lift was not working, the water was cold so had to take a cold shower. Also the check in was from 1400, so the information on booking.com is incorrect. Though they were very accommodating about letting me come at 0900.
