There is a 1x4 piece of wood that stretches across the threshold of the balcony door, high risk trip hazard. The furniture in the living room was pretty beat up from use, but clean. These things didn’t take away from the space or the trip. We still had a great time and would likely stay again. I only mention them so the host can address them at their leisure before they become an issue.
