It is almost perfect for someone with my needs. Since I despise hotels due to how useless they are for the simple reason that cooking isn't allowed in them, the property here did a perfect job. Thermal cooking was great - job was nearly perfectly covered, with proper dishes, appliances and tools. Fridge, working washmachine, good price, proper trash room management and other positives are apparent. Bugs are way less than usual inside - anti-insect measures are working. I am semi-positive about the silence as I was at ground/street level, which randomly reminded me of one of the 10 worst features of the Philippines & Thailand - the eager-noisy motorbike riders, though I don't think it woke me up during my stay. Maybe once.

The biggest "drawback" in the system is location. Well, for an unstoppable walker like me that was not a problem, but keep one tricky thing in mind: Your GPS might totally screw up everything (I mean, every SINGLE thing) if you don't use navigation properly. Best is to set up your point at the SMDC Hill Residence/condo, especially if there is still some more construction work around there, and even if there isn't, you still better be careful with what you do with your navigation, since as much as I remember, there is a blockage/wall, that doesn't let you go the way Google Maps mistakenly shows.

Had such a wonderful and relaxing stay with my son. 🥰💙 Sobrang comfy ng place—clean, cozy, and perfect for quality time together. Actually, puro tulog ang ginawa namin! 😂 Nakapagpahinga talaga ako nang maayos, which was exactly what I needed. Parang home away from home—super comfortable and relaxing. 🫶✨ Hindi lang namin natry mag-swimming dahil umulan, pero babalik kami ulit! Hopefully next time, makapag-swimming na kami. 🏊‍♂️💙 Thank you for the wonderful stay! Definitely a staycation worth remembering. Highly recommended! 💯✨

Place had 95% of things you need. Really clean room. Person was really responsive to any problems or questions we had.

Bit hard to find from the first time getting there , so better instructions are needed on that. or even directing drivers when there's a order or coming back. Place has 24/7 security guards that's check you make sure you're staying there. Seems so? Bed is more 1 single and double together. Nor queen as it seems in the photos. The shower is a bit difficult to use when you don't understand it. Have to turn it with the black bit facing upwards.
