Современный жилой комплекс с огражденной территорией, шлагбаум и место на паркинге прямо возле подъезда позволяет быстро заселится (бесконтактное заселение). Трехкомнатные апартаменты на первом этаже со всеми удобствами (кухня с духовкой, микроволновкой, посудомойка, кофемашина, просторный холодильник, много посуды). Свой огороженный дворик с мебелью. Много игрушек для детей. Два санузла, стирально-сушильная машина.
Минусов нет.

I stayed at Apartament Pod Modrzewiem for one night in January and was truly impressed. The apartment is modern, spotless, and beautifully designed, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The kitchen and dining area were especially inviting—perfectly equipped and tastefully furnished.
Everything exceeded expectations:
• Facilities: Immaculate and thoughtfully arranged, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• Comfort: The bed was excellent, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing.
• Location: Quiet yet conveniently located, ideal for exploring Augustów or enjoying a restful night.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. A perfect blend of style, comfort, and hospitality. Ten out of ten!
