From the beginning, the stay was exceptional. Our hosts were so gracious and accommodating, and the property itself was gorgeous. Breakfast every morning was such a treat. It was quiet, but still close enough to things that we could get to Ubud via scooter in ~ 15-20 min (20-30 min via car if you wanted to go to dinner). We had food delivered to our property though so that was easy enough to sit and lounge.
The only complaint we had was our guests in the upstairs separate bedroom had a few little critters in their room (geckos). Not the properties fault at all, we're in nature, but I think that portion of the property is a little bit older than the rest. Literally not a big deal at all, and we still loved everything.

خدمة العشاء في الفيلا اقل من المتوسطه ولا انصح بها ، لايوجد سوا شاشتين تلفاز في الفيلا موزعه على غرفتين الماستر فقط،
خدمة الغسيل مرتفعة السعر جدا مقارنة بالفلل الأخرى في اوبود

The property looked even better than in the pictures. Everything felt brand new, very good design, very safe. We were there with 3 children and 4 adults and we had a lot of space and did not want to leave the villa.
The property is very big and it splits between 3 adjustent buildings - 1 being a separate studio with a kitchenette and sofa area, another one - with a living room, main kitchen and 2 large bedrooms on the second floor and 1 separate building with 3 bedrooms.
Swimming pool area overlooks a river and on the other side of the river - jungle-like area, no buildings facing the house. It feels completely unreal.
The area is very quiet - it’s to the south of Downtown Ubud, but quite close to a few top notch restaurants like Locavore (7 mins drive). If you have kids you can walk over (4 mins) to a coffee/cacao plantation for a chocolate making workshop.
Special thanks to the villa staff who were always understanding and super caring!
