Ein wunderschönes Penthouse – für uns eine klare 10/10! Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, modern und hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf Palm Jumeirah. Bis auf das Kinderzimmer haben alle Zimmer direkten Zugang zu einer Terrasse – beim Kinderzimmer ist das aus Sicherheitsgründen absolut nachvollziehbar und bei Familienunterkünften auch durchaus üblich. Bodentiefe Fenster, hochwertige Böden, schöne Bäder und eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, Gefrierfach, Gaskocher und Spülmaschine lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Auch Verbrauchsmaterialien waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die zusätzlich gebuchte Zwischenreinigung war hervorragend. Danach war die Wohnung praktisch wieder wie bei unserer Ankunft. Der Privatstrand mit Lifeguard und Blick auf die Yachten ist ein weiteres Highlight. Besonders abends ist der Blick auf die beleuchtete Palme einfach wunderschön. Hervorheben möchten wir vor allem unseren Gastgeber: außergewöhnlich freundlich, zuverlässig und nahezu jederzeit erreichbar. Antworten kamen meist innerhalb weniger Minuten – ein Service, von dem sich manche Fünf-Sterne-Hotels eine Scheibe abschneiden können.

Eigentlich nichts. Wir würden die Wohnung genauso wieder buchen.

We had a really great stay at the penthouse. There were two couples with young kids, and the apartment was perfect for us. It’s very spacious, so there was plenty of room for everyone and it never felt crowded. The penthouse is beautifully furnished and the views are incredible. We had the Palm on one side and Dubai Marina on the other, and were pleasantly surprised that we could even see the Burj Khalifa. The kids loved the infinity pool, and having a private beach was a big bonus. Sean was a great host too, always available and very helpful with recommendations and anything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families or groups.

This was our second stay at Sean’s penthouse because we loved it so much the first time – and once again, it was absolutely wonderful! The apartment is beautiful, incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated. There is so much room to relax, and the views are truly next level – simply wow! One of the most unforgettable moments was watching a family of rays swimming in the water below from our balcony. It was spectacular and something I will always remember. The fantastic gym in the building and the outdoor pool with its breathtaking views are also real highlights. Everything looks especially beautiful in the evening when the lights come on, creating such a magical atmosphere. Sean is an exceptionally thoughtful host who goes out of his way to accommodate every request and make your stay special. Thank you, Sean, for an unforgettable holiday! We would love to return and wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful penthouse.

I’ve stayed at this property several times now and it’s always a pleasure to come back. The apartment is spacious, modern and very well furnished, with fantastic views of the Palm on one side and the Dubai Marina skyline on the other. The private beach and infinity pool are excellent, and the property is always well maintained. The host is also extremely helpful and goes above and beyond with recommendations, advice and anything needed during the stay. A great property in Dubai and somewhere I would happily stay again. Highly recommended.
