The location was excellent, we knew it was on the main road but did not realise how noisy that would be .But still had a great stay.Great little property .

The property was charming and well located. Everything we needed was onsite. The staff were tremendously helpful when we discovered we left something important behind and arranged shipping to our next location

Location is excellent. Facilities are excellent. The equipment in the kitchen is excellent. The check-in instructions were very clear and really helpful. Free Parking near Tesco is about a six minute walk away. We loved our stay!

I like to leave a place spotless (and did) but there was no access to cleaning materials except a dustpan and brush and washing up stuff. There was no way to recycle rubbish. I had to use a public waste- bin across the road and I had cardboard, plastics and a lot of glass to dispose of (beer and wine). I am sure the cleaning staff may have sorted this but I didn’t want to leave a load of rubbish.

Location is central and the property itself is a novelty (renovated church).

Parking is difficult. The listing states parking is available - but it’s not: there’s free streetparking or paid parking, but it’s subject to availability. We had issues finding nearby parking. Check-in process is challenging and bizarre. In order to get the key code, the host asked me to call 1 hour before checking in. Since there’s spotty mobile network connection in the Cotswolds, it was hard to get a hold of the host. When we finally got the host on the phone, she asked as to call again once we’re at the property then she’ll give the key code. What could possibly be the reason for this unnecessarily inconvenient and stressful check-in process? All other properties, whether an airbnb or a hotel, provide the check-in details before the arrival date. If you value an easy check-in process, skip this property.
