Room is clean, air con is powerful, toilet is relatively clean, staff is friendly and responsive.
The toilet door on the 2nd storey is not working and it is quite complicated to use the hot water dispenser in the kitchen. I called the staff and she was very ready to come over to show me how it works but I managed to figure it out myself eventually.
