Hotel Espasion Pontocho

The hotel is well located, although the downside is that it’s close to a nightlife area, so it can get quite noisy. Our room was also extremely small - there was barely enough space to open my suitcase. On the positive side, everything was very clean, and the hotel provided a good range of amenities. The whole experience felt a bit impersonal, though. Everything is self-service, from check-in and check-out to entering the building with a code, so you barely interact with any staff. This might actually be a plus for some guests who appreciate convenience and independence, but personally, I found it a little soulless and missed the human touch.

Great location and very clean and modern hotel. Staff were very polite and accomodating to all our needs.
