Brilliant property - really clean and great facilities
We had a little issue with checking in due to lack of internet

Very spacious apartment hotel with everything you need. It was great having our own washing machine. Not too far to walk to Dotonbori and several konbini nearby.
I found the beds a bit too hard. It would be good if there was a couch in the apartment.

The apartment was a nice size with all you could need.
The bed wasnt very comfortable and the check in process took longer than it should. Tax payment wouldnt go through and it appears the only way to pay this tax was on card or you wouldnt be given a code to your room. This is not a great process. However the lady janitor was very helpful and helped us through the process. Fix the checkin process and it would make the experience at this accommodation great.
