The place was very clean and the staff was very polite and accommodating. They have excellent service. They are walking distance to restaurants, shops and Sapa Station. Will stay again if I ever returned back to SapaZ

Very comfortable room, clean washroom, big terrace, great breakfast spread, great location. We liked everything.
The view from our terrace wasn't of the mountains, it was a city view. Possibly we would have loved it more if we had a room with a view of the mountains.

Location was ok, room was nice and spacious.
Noise from workmen next door started very early in the morning.
Rooster also started very early in the morning.
Never got a good night sleep.
Breakfast was very expensive for the quality and variety offered, so we only used it once.
