A very nice rental for the shoreline

The location was very nice, would be nicer in the warmer months

A great location, a nice place to stay, very quiet

See above. Awful.

I was completely locked out. It was hard to reach the owner. I also reached out to booking.com, and when they couldn’t reach the owner they were going to make me wait 45 minutes to see if he responded before the reservation could be cancelled. When he finally responded, the owner figured out that the cleaning people probably locked the deadbolt accidentally when they left, locking me out even though the keypad was working and I did everything right. The process of trying to get in and dealing with the owner and booking.com look at least 45 minutes in very cold weather and was very frustrating. I expect full reimbursement and I will think twice before using booking.com next time.

Great! clean, very quiet and enjoyable

It was quiet

this is normal for all rentals and not specific to JUST this stay but I hate feeling like someone is watching,, they had a camera right on the jacuzzi- I would too I suppose.
