The location. Lovely local quiet spot - on the canal and opening onto the garden - but an easy walk to everything you’d want to see in Venice. Good local restaurants, too. Water in the fridge when we arrived which was really appreciated.

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a larger family. Spacious rooms, two bathrooms. Ideal location at the end of the canal, very quiet, yet close to lovely restaurants. A wonderful garden where you can enjoy a pizza :). Very close to public transport stops and a grocery store. If we are ever in Venice again, we will definitely visit.
