My girlfriend and I came to Lalaland Getaway to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and to wind down and enjoy the peace and quiet that nature offers. It was exactly what we needed. The property is set in a lovely, secluded spot, and you feel the difference as soon as you arrive. It's peaceful, private and a world away from the usual rush. The place is clean, comfortable and thoughtfully put together, with everything we needed to properly relax. The three things that made it for us were the starry night skies, the river and the sauna. The sauna was the perfect way to switch off, and the river right beside us gave the whole stay a calm, soothing backdrop. At night, away from any light pollution, the stars were incredible. We sat out under them for ages, just soaking it all in. The highlight was on our second evening, when André turned on the river lights. It felt like waking up in a fantasy world. The water glowed in the dark and the whole place looked magical. With no distractions and nothing to do but enjoy each other's company, it was the most special way we could have marked our anniversary. André and Maria were brilliant hosts, thoughtful and easy to deal with, and you can tell they care about the place and their guests. We left feeling rested, recharged and closer than ever. I'd highly recommend Lalaland Getaway to any couple looking to get away from it all. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

Honestly, I can't think of a single thing I'd change. From the sauna to the river to the stars, everything was spot on, and André and Maria made it all feel effortless. If you're on the fence, just book it.

The location was great. It was a charming little getaway in the quiet of nature that made it very easy to unwind and relax. The kitchen had full facilities to make nice dinners and cosy up for the night in front of the stove.

Location and the privacy of your very own Cabin in the woods. Along with a relaxed and welcoming attitude towards our two big dogs. It was just Magical

Not much at all. Maybe the CCTV and not being able to light your own fire, but this wasn’t the fault of the owners, it’s for insurance. but really couldn’t fault it

Maria and Andre were exceptional hosts. Highly recommend this for at least a 2 night stay. The sauna was amazing. Everything you could possibly need was in the cabin. Very warm and cosy with the stove. We brought our dog who also loved it.
