This hotel looks like a homeless shelter and a hunted house.
The only good thing about this place is the service at the lobby.
The other bad thing about this place is that they charge you separately if you want to use the air conditioning.
This hotel is like a one star hotel and that is it.
If you want to stay at this place, make your reservation directly with them,, otherwise Expedia or one of those hotel reservations web sites will charge you double. Not worth it.
