Just about everything, location, spacious, facilities, hygiene and well equipped. I had done the booking only for myself but my son joined me, but the host was gracious enough to allow this without charging me for it! Also between my son and myself we had heavy bags so it worked to our advantage that the apartment was on the ground floor.
Nothing I can think of!

Very near to London Tower Bridge. Walkable distance to many attractions, grocery stores, TESCO and KFC.
Good heating system and all things available to stay as family. Good internet speed and security. Good for couples.
Too small size of rooms. In photos seems to be bigger but not in real.
Too small bathroom and shower.
No fan and AC system. Windows screens are not washed. No locks inside rooms. Not Suitable for family.
