I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel Silverline, and it was truly a memorable experience. Surrounded by lush green tea plantations and misty hills, the location is absolutely stunning – peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with large windows offering breathtaking views of the valley. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious, offering a great mix of local Kerala dishes and other cuisines.

Room is spacious
if Booking.com able to capture the items that would be provided by the hotel as complementary that would be great.
This hotel provided only 2 towels and 2 soaps for 4 members of 2-day stay.
Expectation: 4-towels, 4-soaps, water bottle, dental kit.
There is no telephone connection to call the room-service. every time we need to reach the ground floor reception for inquiry.
