Possibly the place with the highest value for money in the city among the budget accomodations. There's a flexible self-service check-in. The provided facilities and shared areas are decent and the bed is comfortable. There's AC in the room that works perfectly, and Wi-Fi was also working well. It's also fairly quiet; somehow the noise doesn't travel easily through the building. Finally, the location is handy, in a walking distance to two MRT stations.
The automatic locks on the main door and the room doors make a loud click whenever opening or closing the door. Since I was checking in late, I was trying to operate the doors gently but the noise cannot be avoided. As mentioned, there's some sort of natural sound block effect in the building which makes the noise manageable when staying in the room.

- We received a small hygiene kit, which was very useful as this was our first accommodation after arriving in Singapore
- Bus stop nearby, although the nearest MRT station was a little further away
- The room was extremely small
- Our room faced the shared area with the kitchen, so some noise could be heard from there
- The room had no window
Overall, a good option for a short and affordable stay, especially if you mainly need a comfortable place to sleep.
