The building and rooms are pleasant. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Be warned that they are extremely concerned with visitors staying past 8pm. I felt a scam going on that we we involved in. Just after booking the unit I told the owner that we were a group of between 1-5 possible guests and if that was a problem or cost we could cancel for refund. I was told that would be no problem. I stated that I was leaving after the first night and my wife was there to visit children in college. That could stay with her maybe a night or 2 if allowed by school. I mentioned that her father would be coming in the day I left and would take my place in the room. Her sister was also in town and wanted to see the family. In addition to the room cost we were charged an extra 2500 pesos. This is the scam. Provide enough beds for 6 people and charge extra for anyone over 2 people. We run an Airbnb and have never charged for guests. It’s just not a fair policy.
