Alles vorhanden: Klimaanlage, bequemes Bett, super Küchenausstattung, stabiles Internet, hübsch eingerichtete Holzterrasse....kurzum: alles bestens. Viel besser als in jedem Hotel. Hierher kommen wir wieder.

A building which has packed a lot into a compact space, including 2 bedrooms and even 2 WCs! The wooden terrace does make it feel spacious though and it is wonderfully quiet although conveniently just 2 miles from the A26 & with a self service key box. Interior fittings, kitchen utensils etc quite complete. There is an aircon unit albeit we did not use it. Good wifi.
The shower was unacceptably cold and we were unable to have a shower during our stay. I suspect the problem is that the output water temperature of the very small on-demand gas boiler is set too low at the indicated 48 deg C (& unfortunately locked) because with heat loss in the piping and mixed with cold water of the extra high flow shower head, the result is just lukewarm at very best. Such boilers should be normally set at 55 deg minimum.
