Elhelyezkedés. Személyzet. Ételek. Tisztaság. Kényelem. Wellness részleg nagysága, levegőztetése, számos medence közül lehet választani. Naponta élő zene a lobby-ban. Élőben nagyon készséges és kedves volt mindenki, az email-ben való kommunikációt nem javaslom. Szülinapi bekészítés a szobában térítésmentesen (kérést követően).

Online kommunikáció számomra csalódás volt. Miután kifizettem a teljes árat, másnap email-ben közölték, hogy a check out napján 11ig el kell hagyni a parkolót, mert a sorompó nem fog működni ezt követően 14:00ig. Ezután kértem lehetőséget térítésmentes late check out-ra, de nem volt a válasz és semmi egyebet nem ajánlottak fel, azzal az indokkal, hogy a szobát úgyis el kell hagyni 11ig. Viszont szerintem az hogy a szobát kell elhagyni 11ig vagy a komplexumot az nem ugyanaz és azért jöttünk ide, hogy pihenjünk és ne stresszeljünk ilyeneken. Érkezés előtt kérdezték, hogy szeretnénk-e, hogy biztosítsanak parkolót, viszont hiányoltam, hogy nem tértek ki az árakra, illetve hogy a környéken milyen egyéb lehetőségek vannak. Árat kérésre osztottak meg. Ezeket csak jobbító szándékkal írtam és csak ezekért nem adok 10-et.

The hotel is close to the lake and you can also take walks around the lake. Very nice new hotel. Many pools (inside and outside), wellness area is huge, very clean. Very comfy beds around the pools. Towels in the wellness area. The room is huge and very comfortable, the bathroom is also huge. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was very good, huge variety of food offer.

Staff is not well informed. I asked reception about programs (walks, etc.) and I was informed that there are plenty, but should ask Guest Relations. I asked Guest Relations and turned out that no programs at all, only in the spa. The robot vacuum cleaner is working during the night on the floors, which is noisy. (Vacuum cleaner doesn't recognise that didn't clean well and leaves dirt behind.) Staff in the spa was not helpful at all, and they were not kind. I asked if there is a steam or aroma room. Staff told me that it is on -1 floor (I was at ground floor). I went to -1, but there was noone there to help me. I returned to spa reception desk for help again. There was another person who informed me that why did I go to -1 floor as the steam room is on this floor. When I asked where it is. She told me that it is over there. Sorry to say, but at a 5* hotel, at this moment, staff should guide personally guests and show them where is the steam room exactly. Anyway, many rooms (steam room, tepidarium, etc.) in the spa were not working at all. I stayed at Premium Urban Room, the terrace is amazingly nice, but cannot use it, as my room was facing huge pipes and ventilators of the hotel, which were very noisy day and night.
