Benedetta is a very nice host who cares about even little details that make the place comfortable! Thanks a lot! ❤️ All the main things such as the bed, bathroom facilities (hair dryer, toiletries etc), and kitchen facilities were well equipped, WiFi was working perfectly, there was also a TV with Netflix, and an amazing balcony. Very beautiful building itself and a very quiet area even though it is so close to the train station. But the location is very convenient. We actually always walked to the city centre and didn’t use public transport at all. If you like to walk, you won’t need it either!) Thanks a lot for the complimentary wine and especially a big thanks for the umbrella. It was very helpful and we didn’t have to buy our own for just 1 day, such a tiny but pleasant detail 😊 And also we had a couple of changes to our check-in time because of some flight delays etc, and Benedetta was very helpful in arranging everything for self check-in, really appreciate it a lot. During our whole stay she asked if everything was alright, so happy to recommend this place to everyone ❤️ And not related to the place itself, but just opposite the building there is a small coffee shop. Trust me, get a coffee and a croissant or another pastry there, you won’t regret it! And it will cost you almost nothing compared to the prices in the city centre, so save money for an evening spritz near the Pantheon or something like that ☺️

Close to the Vatican

Not as modern as in the photos. I informed about a water leak from the AC device, which made us turn it off during a heat wave in Rome. The toilet lid was broken since our arrival and for two of our five day stay we did not have hot water.
