Property is located in a great place. There wasn’t any member of staff that we met but we only stayed for one night and checked in around midnight. They did send us a message to let us know the code to enter the building. There wasn’t anyone there when we checked out the following morning which wasn’t a problem but would’ve been helpful. The rooms are dated and could be cleaner and the beds definitely need an upgrade. It served the purpose for us for one night.

Fatma was amazing even though the language barrier was strong she made such an effort to make us feel comfortable and really made our stay amazing. cannot thank her enough for her hard work through our stay and she made it memorable for sure!

More than enough considering price vs. performance. Smooth, self-serviced check-in. Very clean room. Working A/C. Will definitely stay for my future lay overs.

NOTE: THERE IS NO STAFF PRESENT AT THIS HOTEL
To start off, the check in process was quite poor. Please know you need a code to enter in the front door to enter, which was not sent in advance. The owner/receptionist responded a while later on WhatsApp while we were stuck out in the rain. There is no staff at this hotel present on the property, no front desk at all.
The room itself was okay. It was clean enough, and the shower had hot water and clean towels but nothing else. Little old tv in the room, horribly uncomfortable thin blanket, non-functioning AC. For the price, it was acceptable but nothing more.
The location is fantastic, in walking distance to the main bus station, and right by Erasta mall. This was a huge help.
