Convenient location on the parkway. Had no trouble getting in and out of traffic. Quiet hilltop location with nice pools and lazy river. Our unit was clean and everything was as expected based on the online photos. Washer/dryer was very small BUT great to have if you had a spill and needed to wash something in a hurry. Leaving the complex was my only worry. We have a low car and there are two bushes at the exit, on the left, that need to be relocated for better visibility. Higher SUV’a and trucks will not find those bushes to be an issue. It is possible to walk down the hill (on the sidewalk) if you wanted to walk the parkway during a car show. I would definitely stay again.

Great property. Great views. It was very easy to get the free adult tickets. The only problem was the bedroom tv had messed up reception.

Very nice place, love the big standup shower, the one's at Mountain View Condo are only 3 feet by 4 feet and a lot of wasted space in the bathroom. It is a nice quiet place to stay but had to travel 4 miles to the shows but the traffic wasn't bad. 28 years vacation in pigeon forge and never get tired seeing the same shows. Prices are up about 20% since last year.
