Avis vérifiés à 100 %9 / 10Remarquable·oct. 2026
Great value for money. Basic, but all essentials are covered: reliable hot water in the shower, access to the kitchen, a bed with a decent mattress, and a dedicated work desk in the room. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from central Telavi and the fortress. The host was genuinely hospitable and kindly agreed to make breakfast for a small extra fee. Highly recommend for budget-conscious travelers.
It is a simple, no-frills guesthouse, so do not expect luxury or five-star amenities. If you are looking for a high-end hotel experience, this place is not suitable.

The hosts are very kind, they don’t speak English, but you can communicate in Russian or Georgian, they offered me wine and helped me get around! The house is in a nice area as well, and the room is spacious and clean.
The house is a little old, but you get really good value for it, so it’s not bad for a night or two!

- the Location, a quiet and nice neighborhood 10-15min walk from the city center, also close to stores, fruit sellers, food options etc.
- a beautiful terrace with an open view, perfect for breakfast
- very kind and helpful owner, they also wash our clothes!
- enclosed safe area for our bycicles
- the price - of course, very convenient
basic and unfortunately somewhat run-down and not as clean as we had expected, with an overall impression of being rather neglected. Even by bikepackers / backpacker standards

"Les propriétaires sont super sympas. On m’a fait ma lessive et offert une bouteille de vin sans rien demander en échange. Il y a tout le nécessaire à disposition."
