Loved this hotel. It’s a much needed haven from the chaos of Hanoi old town. We were provided a driver from the airport which meant a smooth transition from arrivals. Our welcome was comforting and we were given a free upgrade to our room. Our room was perfect: clean and luxurious. Breakfast is plentiful. Staff work hard to take care of you. We also used the spa downstairs and that is recommended too. Furthermore Du arranged for us to go on a cruise to Halong Bay. This was made simplistic and effortless. Excellent experience. .
This is not in the hotel’s power but outdoors of the hotel is pure chaos.

We only stayed one night but would definitely return. A beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old quarter (just around the corner from beer st). The room was comfortable and clean and has a very luxurious feel with a spacious bathroom. the staff were great and the rooftop bar is fantastic. Breakfast was very good with a large varied selection and coffees made to order.
It is in a very busy, touristy area, We were happy with this but it may not appeal to people wanting a quiet local feel.

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. I could not fault the staff either, their hospitality and attentiveness are top-notch. This was our second stay towards the end of a 2-week period so we opted for the cheaper option but the staff was kind enough to provide us a room with a bigger window.
