ChartHouse Clearwater Beach Marina Hotel

Everything, we stay here quite a bit and it is always comfortable, clean and a great value. Love that there is a restaurant and bar on site. Love Jen, server in the restaurant. She is always professional, personable, funny and takes great care of her customers. She would make a great bartender.with her personable and funny side but still being professional. We met Will and he seemed great also. We did not have alot of interaction with him but what we did have he was very professional and was on it watching drinks to make sure he stayed on top of who needed what. We love coming here and will continue for many years.

I liked he location, the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere.

Location was great. Crabbys is right around the corner, everything is within walking distance, no driving needed.

Staff are rude. Housekeeping manager (guy) super rude and disrespectful. 2nd time staying here that we tried to use the microwave and it blows a fuse. TV won't work after that either and getting someone to come in the middle of the night to fix anything is a joke. Pool was broken and needs repaired. You were supposed to need a bracelet to be at the pool but no one enforces it so random people were coming to the pool, especially from the restaurant. So it gets crowded for an already smaller pool. Parking is shared with beach access that is paid for, you have to pay $20 per vehicle per night to park but beach access gets better parking.
