The location was just outside of Winter Park and Maitland. Publix and Walmart are very close. Getting an Uber was no problem. The house was big enough to have some privacy and could potentially be a nice spot to host friends for a gathering. The bathrooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The host was very easy to reach.
The floors need to be cleaned professionally. We wore shoes inside due to this.

This was a very comfortable, very clean place for our family of seven adults to celebrate! It had ample good seating for conversations both inside and outside. The kitchen was well equipped and great for a bunch of people to work on and enjoy meals together. The beds/bedding were very comfy, also.
LOTS of birds and other wildlife to enjoy-sitting outdoors at the table or around the fire pit was really nice. We also had fun taking the canoe and kayak on the lake.
There was nothing we didn’t like, other than there were not enough washcloths, BUT when we contacted the management, they dropped off a bag of brand new washcloths quite quickly.

Property was spacious, was by the water, and was close to everything.
The house had a smell to it that wasn’t very pleasant. There was also ants in the house around the back door. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Also one of the bathroom showers didn’t drain properly.
