Location is phenomenal. Great price performance. Convenient luggage lift to upper floors. Family room sleeps 5 persons comfortably. Metro access around the corner
No elevator for people, so not so suitable for elderly. Shower and toilet situation is not great

Honestly the place itself was pretty good. Our room was spacious enough and everything was clean. Bathroom had a smart toilet and enough hot water. Shampoo and others were also provided. It’s easily accessible by metro and the line connects it to the Gimpo airport which is super convenient. The shared space the entrance had icy water and tea.
The neighbourhood is good for nightlife but honestly miserable. Full of homelessness and filth. Stairs in the hotel are low and its had to get luggage up.

The location was great, the online staff was awesome, and the laundry service was fine.
There was not much space for luggage, the rooms were very small and cluttered, not much space to move around.
Cleaness was fair, but it could be improved.
there should be a way to lock the door from inside, I got the code for a room that I was supposed to start using from the 2nd night, I opened the door and there were people inside.
Later I went downstairs to call the support service, then they gave me another room. It was a bit embarassing.
