Location was awesome and very large apartment which accommodated our family of 5 perfectly. Excellent facilities with parking onsite being a fantastic bonus.

Only getting one key and access card made life a little tricky. Would usually use the lock box in these instances but instructions made it clear that it may be used for other rentals so did not want to do this. With such a large apartment, there were 3 parties all wanting to go in different directions so lots of coming and going. Could use intercom for entry to complex but needed swipe to get up in elevator. There was a very rowdy party in apartment 1501 which went on well past 1am. While the information in the apartment said there were to be no parties, there was no one to contact so had to call Noise Control.

Fantastic property very centrally located. Stunning views of the Sky Tower and it is literally a 5/10 min walk to it & the All Blacks Expérience. 20 min walk down to the port / harbour where there are loads of great restaurants. Pool & gym in the building too which we used.

The location was perfect for our purpose. It was very clean and close to where my daughter's graduation took place. As a family of six, the laundry facility was a blessing for the whole week we were there!
