The room is spacious and has all necessities. Nearby there are grocery stores, bakeries, walkable distance to the beach. Calm at night.
Would be perfect if there would be sunbeds by the pool for the whole complex overall. The double deck bed is a bit outdated, very noisy when trying to get on the second floor. In the middle of our stay, the code for the entrance to the building had been changed and we had to figure out the new code ourselves.

Property is very clean, the host and the instructions for everything in the property were perfect. The location between Antibes Old Town and Juan-les-Pins was ideal, so you get the best of both worlds. Very convenient and the property has everything you need for a couple and we would definitely stay again.
My only criticism would be that the curtains are quite thin and do not block out much of the street light, as I personally prefer complete darkness when sleeping.
This is not a criticism of the host, but I also completely missed that the swimming pool is seasonal and only open between June and October. I booked expecting to use the pool, but that was my own oversight rather than any issue with the property.
